(Caption: The Cat-Camel Exercise.)
Hi there, Dr. Ben here. We’re going to go through the Cat-Camel, which is a great stretch for the low back first thing in the morning or after a long day hard at work. So you’ll be on all fours. You’ll arch that back all the way up, similar to a cat stretching in the morning, and then dip that pelvis and allow yourself to create two humps, which is the camel portion. So nice and slowly, cat to camel. And rotation is here, through the pelvis. And aim for ten to 15 reps.
