Dr. Ben Tucker
Chiropractor | Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Ben first saw the incredible benefits of chiropractic first hand as a child, with his parents finding relief from headaches and low back pain through chiropractic when there seemed like there were no options left. A lifelong curiosity about health and how the human body functions made Dr. Ben a great fit to become a chiropractor. He loves being able to help others experience relief (just like his parents did) and help others get the most out of their health.
Dr. Ben grew up in London Ontario, loves all things outdoors, and enjoys playing virtually any sport. He is married to his lovely wife of 8 years, with three beautiful young girls…and a dog. He appreciates that health is not only an asset for the present, but also an investment that pays off in years to come.
Registered Massage Therapist
Originally from New Hamburg, but growing up in London, Tracey has strong ties to the area. After working for ten years as a chiropractic assistant Tracey developed a love of helping people and watched many make leaps and bounds in their health by taking a natural approach. The positive impact that massage therapy had on her own life, and a realization that she wanted to pass this experience on to others drew her to continuing her education and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Tracey completed her education at Medix College in London, where she graduated with honours and was nominated class valedictorian.
Tracey has a lifelong dedication to the study and pursuit of excellence in the field of massage therapy, with continued training in acupressure, which has added to Tracey’s knowledge and expertise when treating her patients.
Tracey believes that a team approach is the best way to care for her patients, providing care in an environment where individuals can access multiple practitioners who can collaborate to help each patient fully realize their health goals.
As a single mother to a teenager, Tracey is no stranger to the aches and pains that a hectic, busy life can bring. As a result, Tracey truly understands the benefits of massage and chiropractic care firsthand as they both incorporated in her own life as she strives for optimal health.

Our Philosophy at Riverside Chiropractic
- Patient-centered care:Treatments are catered to your specific health needs and goals, and each of your visits are about helping you achieve your health goals. We also endeavor to educate you about your health and the aims of your treatment.
- Holistic care: Health is more than just the absence of disease or pain. It’s important to look at the bigger picture, not just masking symptoms but treating the cause. The body operates as a whole rather than as a combination of separate parts.
- Excellence: Our clinic offers a drug-free, manual treatment approach, with the most current skills and training. This also means working as a collaborative team to provide our patients with the best possible care.
- Evidence-based: The aims of your treatments are customized to you, based on specific testing to identify dysfunction, and how to correct it. The whole idea of our treatment is to restore the body’s ability to recuperate fully.
