I was always hesitant and skeptical about chiropractic care but I am so glad I decided to take care of my spine. The office staff are always lovely and welcoming. The office hours are accommodating to various work hours. Dr Ben has made a very noticeable improvement in the tension I had in my neck, shoulders and spine. I was experiencing extremely painful nerve pain in my right glute for months, and tried many other things with no relief and was worried I wouldn't be able to lift weights without pain anymore. I had never seen a chiropractor before so I gave it a shot and luckily I chose Riverside and Dr.Ben after some research. He noticed things no other practitioner had before, and after his prescribed 12 adjustments I deadlifted without any pain for the first time in several months. This was the first time I ever went to a Chiropractor I was suffering from vertigo and it was the third time it happened in one month. The staff were great, I felt relaxed during the whole visit. Dr. Ben explained everything to me in great detail and clear so I understood what was happening. The excercises he showed me to do while he was doing it helped me alot. I did them a few times at home and the dizziness went away. I've always been skeptical with chiropractors, however with a recent neck issue, my feelings have changed.
