Ulnar Nerve Floss

Follow the instructions in the video to help with nerve issues in the ulnar nerve in the upper limb. Repeat the movement 15 times, and feel free to do this a few times per day! If done correctly, it won’t feel like much when you’re doing it.

NOTE: If you feel a nerve pain, or numbness while doing this exercise, stop and we’ll go over it at your next visit!

This video will walk you through an ulnar nerve floss, the ulnar nerve starts in the base of the neck, travels down the inside of the elbow, and then it goes to the pinky finger and half of the ring finger. This is how we are going to create traction, you are going to put your hand as if you are carrying a tray, then you’re going to tilt your head towards that hand. Then go back the other way, relax the arm and tilt the head away from the arm that we are working on. For bonus points you can make yourself a pair of glasses, then go back, as shown in the video. You’re going to repeat that for a total of 15 times for the ulnar nerve.
