He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients.I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about chiropractic treatment at first. I had ongoing shoulder pain and had tried several treatments without much improvement. But after seeing Dr. Tucker, I’ve noticed a big difference—my shoulder feels significantly better, and I’m really happy with the progress.The clinic has a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are all friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to.Overall, I highly recommend Riverside Chiropractic. Since I had my last adjustment at this location, Dr. Ben has taken over with his practice. I'm very happy with the care at this clinic. I don't wait a long time; appointment times are kept on time, which is quite important. Everything is explained clearly about adjustments, follow-ups, and treament plans. Making follow-up appointments are easy and you get nice little reminders. I'm quite happy here and plan to stay on!

Dr. Ben is absolutely amazing. I had slipped a disc in my back and could barely walk and when I did walk I was hunched over. Prior to finding Dr. Ben, I had been in physio for 2 months but I found that it wasn't helping but I was scared to go to a Chiropractor due to misinformation that I've read online. Dr. Ben was so patient and understanding about my fear and always made sure that I was comfortable making adjustments prior to. I have been dealing with back pain for a decade and was a little bit sceptical about seeing a Chiropractor. Dr. Ben really showed that he cared about me getting better and seeing improvements in my posture and decreasing my pain. He explained the why behind what was happening with my back and explained how he was going to fix it; which really reassured me that his plan to help me heal would work. He also gave me exercises at home to do so that getting adjustments weren't just going to be a bandaid and there would be long term recovery. I was in so much pain I could not even raise my foot to push my other shoe off.I was walking with a cane, a cane!!!!Dr. Ben Tucker and his staff were phenomenal, had the most exceptional bedside manner and held my hand like a small child the first day I was there.With their state-of-the-art technology they scanned my back, every specific area I knew hurt, showed red on their machines. The technology they use is that accurate.Dr. Ben went to work gently, a couple of positions, pushing, cracking, crunching and repositioning.I WALKED OUT ON TWO FEET!!!
